Prepare proposals and bid on potential business using company guidelines. Evaluate client potential prior to confirming functions and maximize utilization of the Company’s facilities so as to generate utmost revenue. Finalize logistics, issue contracts and banquet event orders and co-ordinate details with internal departments.Manage all Social Media Channels and act as Social Media Champion. This includes but is not limited to; content creation, designing internal marketing materials, answering guest queries and complaints on behalf of the hotel, attend seminars and additional training, scheduling content.Participate in and leading daily and weekly Planning Meetings, reviewing the details of 
events, answering questions from staff members, and discussing relevant logistical matters.Actively participate in sales blitzes and outside sales calls with sales managers, maintaining 
existing client relationships as well as soliciting new & potential clients. Confer with clients before, during and after their events, maintaining a positive relationship and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Coordinate a wide range of services for meetings which have been booked, including Audio Visual requirements, food and beverage requests, conference room set-ups, signage, distribution of materials, ordering linens, equipment and décor rentals Administrative duties including but not limited to; payroll, filing, ordering office supplies, updating on-going database of all electronic leads received and lost business, SO:CAN and RESOUNDS quarterly reports, curating executive amenity bags.

Oversee the Front Desk’s daily operations, including scheduling employees based on occupancy and demand, providing training and coaching, ensuring daily shift reports are completed, and proper operating procedures are followed.

Impart lasting impressions with guests in order to encourage repeat business and corporate accounts with the hotel and brand.
