Printed 3000 copies and launched the book with Oval stakeholders.Mentored the marketing, events, communications and sponsorship (MECS) team to cultivate a clear corporate vision; to build on the Oval tradition as a world class speed skating and high performance sport facility dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, health and wellness for all. Shared knowledge of industry best practices for traditional and digital marketing, design and branding. Construction and installation was completed on time and on budget for a July 1, 2011 Canada Day Opening Celebration, on track for LEED Gold certification.Worked directly with development partners contracted through CANA Construction including mechanical, electrical and sub-trades as well as associated design teams Stantec, Taylor Group, C7A, Cortina, teams of video producers, IT architects and integrators, AV specialists, exhibit fabricators, curatorial designers and furnishing specialists.

Increased revenue, customer loyalty and retention thru "RESEAT.com", a season ticket holder automatic renewal program which offered a secure forum for Stampeder fans to purchase and sell premium single-game tickets, and targeted specific markets for designated event and game day experiences.Negotiated and managed all marketing, web site, video replay board production and design, advertising including; television, radio, newspaper, signage and banner assets as well as all print assets including; brochures, season ticket/information packages, individual game day and event tickets, parking passes, accreditation etc. Ensuring creative standards were raised to an exceptional level while overall budgets were not exceeded. Developed a sponsor asset schedule to ensured all CFL and Stamps properties were assigned in a timely manner and all contracted sponsorship commitments were delivered.Submitted quarterly reports to the Ownership group.
