Leah Lundquist facilitates personal, organizational and social change through participatory training and leadership initiatives in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. Project Associate, KalFieldstone Alliance Sep 2007 - Oct 2009As Project Associate for KAL, I served on a dynamic team of 3 employees designing and implementing a capacity building initiative helping grantees of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation develop their management and financial acumen. In this role, I actively participated in the design and implementation of all aspects of the project including communications, evaluation, service delivery, and reporting. Most importantly, I served as first-line communicator with over 1,500 eligible organizations and over 200 affiliated consultants across the United States. I also served as a liaison with external consultants, advisors, and partners. To ensure effective communications and seamless service delivery, I oversaw the support systems for this project, including both a public website and a private SharePoint collaborative site as well as both a resource and a consultant database. As our services developed, my position evolved into that of a grants manager for a budget of over $4 million. I helped initially develop the grantmaking program, and continued to make it more effective. Most notably, I collaborated with an external consultant to configure Salesforce for grants management as well as an office-wide constituent relationships management (CRM) solution. -
