I supervise a team of 8-12 Cornell University students and casual employees on the Enrollment Operations team to assist them with outreach to eCornell potential students via chat, phone calls, and emails, primarily in the fields of technology, data science, and project management. This portion of my job has immensely improved my leadership skills while challenging me to dive into new areas of study. I lead the eCornell virtual info session program, including creating multiple new program-specific info sessions and hosting multiple info sessions for potential eCornell students every week as well as scheduling and training hosts for these sessions. This has sharpened my public speaking and project management skills. I oversee the inbound call queue for eCornell to connect potential students with an enrollment counselor or the correct department to assist their needs. This allows me to collaborate with other departments across eCornell and use problem solving skills to assist students.

In this role, I performed outreach to potential eCornell students to enroll them in eCornell certificate programs via chat, phone calls, emails, Facebook, and information sessions while building relationships with the students and assisting them in finding the best-fit program. I continue to do many of these tasks in my current role. This role has enhanced my customer service skills.

Revamp department website and assist in academic advising appointments.

Plan and facilitate Second Year Experience and Transfer Year Experience programs.

Oversee individual visit program and grizz mascot appearances.

Provide mentorship to the Senior Moceri scholar and assist in academic advising appointments for honors college students.

Mentor Admissions Ambassadors and assist in the planning and facilitation of prospective student admissions events.

Assist in planning and facilitation of Second Year Experience program and the Great Lakes Regional Student Success Conference.

Attend campus tours and events of eight competing schools to observe best practices and implement change in OU admissions office.

Provide campus tours to prospective students at daily campus tours, group visits, and prospective student event days.
