Leads the advancement and delivery of the WestJet brand on all guest-facing touchpoints as well as internally across the organization. Responsible for strategic planning, company-wide education of the brand, on-going development of the visual identity and executing large-scale national and global marketing campaigns.

Responsible for building and stewarding brand affinity and engagement in key market segments and with internal stakeholders through driving overall brand strategy and championing WestJet’s visual identity. Leads strategic development and implementation of awareness campaigns for key product lines at WestJet. This includes managing relationships with agency partners to deliver innovative and creative campaigns across multiple mediums.

Responsible for marketing and communications planning and execution for WestJet's inflight product and service program. Led creative development of the onboard menu and product packaging with external agency partners as well as managed product partner relationships and product development. Created inflight engagement strategy with front line teams and led guest focus groups.
