In my final rotation as a resident with Baylor College of Medicine, I worked in a busy clinic providing prosthetic care for a diverse patient population of both upper and lower limb amputees. During my three months at this clinic I excelled in maintaining excellent patient care and communication during a busy transition period.
Resident Orthotist / Prosthetist
The fifth rotation of my residency I provided orthotic and prosthetic care for patients in a clinical setting and in an affiliated level one trauma center. In addition I assisted in teaching an orthotics and prosthetics lecture series to PM&R residents.

Along with seeing patients, I also modified and fabricated all devices delivered to my patients in the onsite lab. During this residency rotation I had the opportunity to attend my patients' physical therapy appointments and collaborate with the physical therapists on how to make the best device for our patients.
