At the heart of my work is a passion for story telling, for coaching teams to accomplish big things, and for my client's success. I've worked for over 15 years in the fast paced world of e-commerce, SaaS technologies, email and text marketing, and persuasion and performance advertising. The through-line of my work has been an insatiable desire to accelerate my customers' success through emerging technologies. Along this journey, I've worked with cross functional teams to build business cases for new service offerings. I launched and then helmed my company's first globally aligned Account Management team dedicated to top strategic accounts. And I led the transformation from an Account Management organization to Customer Success, laser focused on our customers' product use and outcomes. Above all, I value compassion and transparency.
