I am a new grad nurse who just graduated from The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have worked as a CNA for four years and this has helped me develop good communication, time management, and active listening skills. I am interested in working in labor and delivery/postpartum nursing after graduating as women's health has always been an interest of mine. I just finished my senior clinical synthesis at Aurora Grafton on the labor and delivery floor and enjoyed that opportunity so much. I am eager to use the skills I have obtained from my schooling as well as my experience in a larger organization and continue to learn every day as a nurse to better my practice.
