Lead the discovery phase for a new elearning app that helps fathers with their mental health. I was responsible for conducting a market analysis, developing the business case to get funding approval, defining the product strategy and roadmap, liaising with the professors at University of Sydney to ensure the product stayed true to the efficacy of the academic study.
