While maintaining a physical occupancy in the high 90's, I effectively managed the daily operations of a 5 member team overseeing 240 luxury units. Through utilizing my natural leadership and organizational skills, I managed every daily operation of the property to ensure that the ultimate goal of protecting the assets while producing revenue was accomplished. This goal was met through providing exceptional customer service, preparing realistic annual budgets, managing the accounts receivables/payables, completing property inspections, performing employee evaluations and training, maintaining vendor relationships, managing effective outreach marketing and social media, scheduling capital projects and maintaining collections and delinquencies.

I participated in multiple board member roles including President, Manager Member, State President Affiliate and Secretary exhibiting exemplary skills in leadership, organization, time management and event planning.
