Grew and led a ten-member team of paraprofessionals, trained clinicians, and interns providing person-centered, Harm Reduction and trauma-informed, mobile integrated health case management. Responsible for all hiring, supervision, training, coaching, budgeting, QA, and daily management of staff in high stress, emotionally charged environments. Acted as the team's Clinical Director to build capacity around use of various approaches and interventions (humanistic, mostly) and supported the program's most complex cases through direct coverage, grievance and conflict management, incident management, and facilitating case conferences. Maintained ethical and person-centered services and consistent staffing during Covid lockdown and beyond through consistent and frequent trauma-informed supervision, team building/strengthening, and creation of new internal policies and proceduresTrained and supported staff in providing case management, counseling, and crisis management as well as completing clinical documentation (assessments, person-centered care plans, and notes)Conducted regular documentation audits and utilization reviews. Designed and launched multiple initiatives including onboarding and training program for new hires (later adopted by other programs across the department), new referral, pre-intake, and intake process, and division-wide training series on Harm Reduction for Engagement and Excel 101. Built and maintained tracking and reporting tools to internally monitor various program indicators and report externally as required. Met financial goals within an annual budget of approximately $1 million, including generation of surplus income to support staff promotions and across-the-board salary increases. Adapted program operations to meet the needs of an ever-evolving landscape while continuing to uphold agency's mission and values (Covid pandemic, regulatory changes, threat of budget cuts).

Served as a clinical field instructor throughout tenure at Community Access to Social Work and Mental Health Counseling interns within Care Coordination as well as other programs/departments in service of professional development across the agency. Provided consistent individual and group supervision to practice self reflection, process counter-transference, develop and hone clinical skills, and reinforce (and sometimes challenge) Social Work core competencies. Provided weekly clinical supervision/field instruction to 9 student interns in partnership with 4 accredited universities. Responsible for uplifting Social Work values, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards, delegating assignments, reviewing and annotating process recordings, co-creating learning contracts, and collaboratively completing student evaluations as required by each program.
