Built and maintained tracking and reporting tools to internally monitor various program indicators and report externally as required. Met financial goals within an annual budget of approximately $1 million, including generation of surplus income to support staff promotions and across-the-board salary increases. Adapted program operations to meet the needs of an ever-evolving landscape while continuing to uphold agency's mission and values (Covid pandemic, regulatory changes, threat of budget cuts).
