As a student at the University of Cincinnati, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems, with an expected graduation date of December 2025. I have a strong interest in exploring the field of business technology and learning new skills that can help me solve real-world problems.I have gained valuable experience in project management, customer service, and teamwork through my internships and part-time jobs. Most recently, I worked as a server at Dewey’s, where I memorized the entire menu and its combinations, crafted detailed and enticing descriptions for rotating specials, and accommodated any guest preference or sensitivity. Previously, I interned at Taylor Logistics Inc., where I learned and applied the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the Toyota Way, and improved the efficiency of the warehouse e-commerce system by optimizing the picking sequence, researching and obtaining new tools, and handling customer concerns swiftly. I also developed skills in communication, leadership, and resilience through these roles. I am seeking an experience that will allow me to expand my knowledge and skills in business technology, and to contribute to the success of an organization. I am open to exploring several disciplines within business, such as information systems, data analytics, operations management, or supply chain management. I am eager to learn from experienced professionals, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver high-quality results.
