In this B2C role, my primary focus is to educate Kestra Holdings financial advisors on their marketing and social media strategies. This education is delivered in person, via webinars, over the phone, and through turnkey marketing programs. The goal of this effort is to provide financial advisors with the guidance they need to effectively market to investors and grow their businesses. I understand the financial advisors’ business needs and develop strategic integrated marketing solutions to deliver results.

In this evolved, multi-disciplined B2B role, I focus on developing and executing marketing strategy for Kestra Financial's Wealth Management and Business Consulting initiatives, as well as for the associated financial professionals.> Partner with executives in Wealth Management and Business Consulting to develop integrated marketing strategies for product, platform, and programs designed to help empower advisor success.> Curate and develop content for quarterly newsletters and Kestra Financial's digital magazine, AdvisorFocus.> Assist business line leaders in their strategic partnerships and marketing strategies to help engage advisors.> Content creation and programming for yearly marketing conference designed to help advisors with the desire to grow their business.> Marketing consultant to Kestra Financial's associated financial professionals focused on branding, messaging, advertising,, and marketing efforts.

• Develop and manage marketing efforts for the Business Development department. Work closely with Marketing Director to develop short term and long term strategies to create more sales opportunities.• Create and manage content for social media (LinkedIn) & direct mail campaigns.• Manage third-party cold-calling firm including the day-to-day calling campaigns to the field• Special Projects Manager for the on-going demo site development, implementing more efficient processes & writing the accompanying guides and manuals.• Manage the Salesforce.com database & all the reporting from it, including monthly sales reports for Executive Committee, Finance Department and the New York corporate office• Support the Business Development team consisting of a Senior Vice President and five Vice Presidents of Business Development, as they recruit financial advisors• Coordinate home office visits including travel, entertainment, meeting coordination, marketing materials, presentations as well as being the on-site contact • Coordinate technology and other platform demonstrations for financial advisors who are being recruited to NFP• Liaison between financial advisor and home office staff
