Responsible for improving processes in areas including mail, facilities, onboarding, policies, etc. through the use of tools like Office 365, SharePoint, and Captiva. Analyze existing processes and apply tools to improve those processes- Identify and define solutions for processes impacting Health Plans as an organization utilizing new technologies..

• Perform administration, configuration and provide primary technical support to a document management system. Including analysis of business needs, setting up document structure, business workflows, and security.
• Define system scope and impact based on user needs in document management and workflow solution environment. Work closely with the internal clients to seek, clarify, document and analyze requirements.
• Design, develop and test the content, security, workflow and integration to other systems to the satisfaction of client.
• Partner with clients to analyze existing processes (manual or automated); evaluate opportunities to initiate work through changes to drive business process improvements to increase efficiency of client departments.
• Provide front line production support for users; work with the software vendor to troubleshoot errors.
• Coordinate between clients, testers and Technology division operational staff and project managers to ensure that tasks are accomplished in time and meeting Technology division goals of service and up time.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

• Support the learning and development needs of ProTrans International by designing, developing, and delivering technical training solutions that meet identified organizational goals and needs. Create various training.
• Using the established principles of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate), design training plans and appropriate training implementation methodologies.
• Design and develop effective training materials that meet identified training plan objectives.
• Design and develop supporting graphics using provided instructional content.
• Interact with technical staff and other subject material experts as necessary to develop effective training solutions
• Utilize established and effective instructional design methods

• After the sale I work with the customer to provide professional and implementation services of T2’s product(s).
• Act as a liaison between the customer and T2 during system implementation and ensure customer satisfaction during this time.
• Gather detailed information on the customer’s parking operations, procedures, and technology infrastructure in order to recommend the best system configuration options.
• Analyze external information systems in terms of database structure and data import/export capability in order to provide data conversion program specifications and external system interface plans.
• Provide installation support and training related to the software for both management and staff. Training services involve providing classes for groups up to fifteen people and one-on-one training as needed.
• Manage multiple system installations and projects simultaneously.

Train and implement document management software to customers remotely and onsite. Provide custom documentation that consist of the customer’s specific process as well as provide additional solutions when needed. Provide technology services for not-for-profit organizations throughout the Wabash Valley by offering technical support in networking, web development, technical training, database design and administration.

Prepare events, interact, and follow-up with prospective technology students. Plan and organize outreach programs as well as manage the Technology Student Services website.

Teach computer skills including internet safety, word processing software, and computer hardware to at-risk youth. As well as maintain the computer system, and network for youth center.
