I've had a passion for all things health and wellness since I was a child. I grew up active and playing sports, and it was in college where I tried my first yoga class.I instantly fell in love because it was the combination of the things I loved most - spirituality, fitness, and health. Since my first class in 2014, I have been expanding my practice by trying different styles, informally teaching others, and earning the title of RTY-200 HR with the Yoga Alliance. Although I love all styles of yoga, I tend to gravitate towards teaching Hatha and Vinyasa. I love showing people that yoga can be a wonderful way to not only become more flexible, as most beginners think, but also to become stronger and build endurance.I teach private sessions, group classes, and corporate events. I love introducing beginners to the beautiful practice and showing them that all bodies can do yoga.
