As a subject matter expert in online recruitment I work directly with employers in western Canada to build and enhance their online recruitment strategies. My focus includes:• conducting client account reviews to analyze online recruitment tactics and areas for optimization• creating digital recruitment campaigns and providing proactive campaign analysis and optimization• recommending solutions to focus on the client's challenging areas of labour attraction• assisting in the development of talent brand strategies• delivering insights on latest trends in online recruitment• supplying information on the Canadian labour market and interprovincial and international mobility • providing guidance and solutions to attract talent from Canada’s diverse labour pool

My primary focus was to consult with employers to develop online recruitment strategies aligned with their objectives through:• designing, delivering and executing on recommended tactics • providing ongoing product and solution support to clients• managing client relationships to achieve positive outcomes for both parties• partnering internally to assist in development of new solutions to enhance client outcomes• assisting sales directors in on-boarding and training of new employeesWith this focus I exceeded 2010 sales target by 13 per cent, achieved 2009 annual sales targets and exceeded 2008 annual sales targets by 30 per cent

In this role I sourced, hired, trained and led a team of eight outside sales professionals in Calgary and Edmonton. The outcomes were:• 30 percent increase in mobility sales in the small business segment • stronger relationships between head office and regional retail outlets leading to an increase in sales • implementation of new processes to streamline working relationships between internal business units

I managed the highest revenue Bell corporate store in western Canada while overseeing additional Bell store locations in southern Alberta. Key accomplishments include:• increased mobility sales in both consumer and business segment • Increased profitability through advertising initiatives, inventory control and management of A/P • enhanced working relationships between internal business units through streamlined processes• development of staff through employee retention and promotion to other positions within Bell • onboarding of new employees to successfully manage Bell store locations
