Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquires about merchandise, suggesting products, and general cashiering. Also responsible for documenting intake of shipment, distribution timing, and damaged, missing, and overflow shipment. Also processing of new inventory, replenishment of current inventory, and documenting inventory replenished from distribution center and stockroom are duties performed daily. Maintains expanded knowledge of inventory throughout the store and responsible for inventory checks from stockroom, nearby locations, and website. Direct support to Sales Leadership Team with leading cash wrap staff and assisting with on the floor training of new associates with daily tasks such as recovery, replenishment, and assisting customers. As well as responsible for maintaining standards and polices in regards to daily cash wrap and company procedures. Assist Floor Associates with driving their sales per hour and dollars per transaction with helping them set personal goals and tracking team performance during daily shifts.Responsible for non-peak store segments during business days and assisting with daily opening and closing procedures of store with duties that include preparation of bank deposits and paperwork that is entered into company database system which is then transmitted to headquarters. Also assisted with various Brand Guide executions with Sales Leadership Team and Associates with setting up new and existing merchandise and equipment on sales floor per company and store standards.
