I was the President & Executive Director of GreenMotion, a non-profit organization, which I founded in 2006. Committed to my vision to promote sustainable environmental development, I became an architect of an expedition that would have led me across the United States and Canada, in an alternative fueled vehicle in May 2009. I worked with a highly experienced Advisory Board, leaders from key community sectors, international organizations and governments to create new renewable energy strategies. I was engaged in an unprecedented educational campaign to communicate the urgent and global need and best practices for renewable energies worldwide.

USGREC is a voluntary real estate professional membership organization dedicated to educating and certifying its members to promote green, sustainable and energy-efficient building practices for new and retrofitted construction of commercial and residential buildings in the United States to reduce the effects of global warming.

Oversaw the paperwork that brought Innofone.com, Inc. a loan of 4.5 million dollars from the NIR Group. Worked closely with transfer agent to issue shares and monitor share holders in the company. Oversaw Innofone’s corporate filings with the SEC with a team of lawyers, accounts, Board of Directors and Executives for the completion of a SB-2/A (a form for the registration of securities to be sold to the public by small business issuers), 10-KSB (form for annual and transition reports of small business issuers) and 10KSB/A (form for annual and transition reports of small business issuers). Worked with CEO, CFO and Legal Counsel to set up new company policies. Managed company payroll and the Human Resources Enrollment for new employees.

Initiated the creation and branding of v6 Transition, another division of IPv6 Summit, Inc. that offers consulting, planning, marketing, training and sponsorship opportunities related to IPv6 for government and commercial customers, especially IT and wireless departments.

Accomplished hundreds of activities leading to the current status of IPv6 Summit, Inc. as the leading private organizer of events related to IPv6, the core of The New Internet. Build upon the success of the groundbreaking North American IPv6 Summit 2003; to be the primary organizer of the US IPv6 Summit 2003; the North American IPv6 Summit 2004; the US IPv6 Summit 2004; the Coalition Summit for IPv6 2005 (which attracted delegates from 30 countries); and the US IPv6 Summit 2005. Organized the IPv6 presence at CES, in January 2003, 2004 and 2005. Responsible for most competitive intelligence and for liaison with government agencies, including key executives in DoD, DHS, DoC, FAA, FCC. Have initiated dialogue with the Office of the President and with embassies of many countries, including Germany, UK, Japan, Singapore, and Canada. Oversaw a full company audit, which allowed IPv6 Summit, Inc. to be acquired by Innofone.com, Inc., the first public company to focus exclusively on IPv6.

Coordinated, organized, and facilitated events for the CEO and the staff of MIT spin-off that built and sold wearable computers and conference badges that electronically exchange information and measure dwell time and other vendor-relevant data. Assisted in the coordination of two books contracted to be published by John Wiley and helped to launch Brave New Unwired World, the first book on 4G. Was primary organizer at Charmed of the IPv6 Summit in San Diego, which led to the creation of IPv6 Summit, Inc. Oversaw a team with the design and implementation of the Charmed Badge, which was used by conference attendees at two IPv6 Summits. Participated in Phase I team to completion of a project that incorporated technology related to the CharmBadges to help create interior navigation aides for the sight impaired, especially older veterans. The project team included experts from The VA Hospital (Decatur, GA) and IMTC at Georgia Tech. Was involved in submission for Phase II SBIR.
