Agent Product Support Specialist
Current(Formerly known as Triplemint)Collect feedback and write up requirements in Shortcut for new product features/enhancements. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to develop, test, and rollout new product features/enhancements. Lead product training for new hires and newly released features. Create, update, and upload training materials to the Product Support site and Docebo LMS. Manage support requests through the HappyFox ticket system. Escalate bugs to developers and communicate fixes with stakeholders. Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs for agents and staff members.
