I have 20 years experience in the banking and financial services industry, with 14 years of experience gained in the field of risk and compliance. As a qualified risk professional I have worked in both the private and public sectors and have experience in first line risk management and enterprise risk management.As a Risk and Compliance professional, I have been a trusted advisor to the CRO, CFO and Executive Leadership Team. I lead risk teams to drive client-centric, transformation and cost reduction improvements, including technology and strategic initiatives, whilst utilising a genuine and inclusive leadership style.
