Responsible for oversight and management of the NAIA’s Business Development, Sponsorship/Partnerships Team & Eligibility Center.Oversee hitting revenue generation efforts, exceeding financial benchmarks for non-dues revenue growth, and creating strategic partnerships/sponsorships. Oversee budget, staffing projections and hiring for the Eligibility Center and InCred.Oversee launch of new revenue stream as part of the NAIA's strategic growth initiatives.Member of the NAIA leadership team.

Research international educational systems, help create and maintain international student academic directory, determine international student-athlete eligibility, communicate with the nearly 300 institutions in membership, international students, parents, coaches and recruiting services from over 144 countries. Experience Includes:Help develop procedures during inaugural year of the Eligibility Center. Oversee team of nine individuals that handles educational system research, customer inquiries, partnerships with global outreach, sports structure research and applying complex eligibility rules to different cultures and systems. Work with a team of individuals charged with hiring seasonal and full-time staff members. Work on team that oversaw process development and internal restructure. Articulate spacial changes necessary for improved team efficiency for architectural renovation and led the Furniture Sub-Group. Develop and maintain training materials. Conduct training of new team members. Created and maintain tracking strategies to improve team efficacy. Track registrant numbers and conduct trend analysis to make yearly staffing predictions. Chair of the Employee Experience Committee. Liaison to the International Records Committee, ISRAC.The NAIA is an association of nearly 300 colleges and universities focused on character-driven intercollegiate athletics.

Oversee InCred Evaluations operations, sales, quality assurance and credential evaluation to help students and higher education institutions clear the path for international students.

Plan and coordinate international portion of the AACRAO annual meeting program

Conducted market research in preparation for IPOs, editing for IPO story writing, prepped presentations for underwriting meetings and conducted professional services ensuring the IPO process remained on track.

Created promotional materials using InDesign for the One Book, One Chicago initiative through the Chicago Public Library. Reached out to local Chicago-area high schools to promote events. Conducted on-site tours and workshops to under-served high school students to promote college preparedness and awareness of the college search process. Conducted four DePaul sponsored One Book, One Chicago events each year including book discussion groups, panel discussions and video showings to promote the Mayor's choice book each term.
