Responsibilities have included:- leading finance team, including development of annual budget & spending policies- leading data & operations team, including systems, tools, project, and facilities management- led fundraising activities along with CEO, supporting annual operating budget over $5M- led volunteer recruitment team, annually onboarding over 500 new volunteers- led annual student enrollment process, annually welcoming over 100 new students

- Manage grant portfolio for Thread’s $2.5M budget, including the production and submission of all grants and reports. - Support CEO on special projects related to revenue and development strategy.

Designed and implemented pilot Early College Program to increase college and career readiness for 45 high school seniors.

Oversaw approximately 200 volunteers, including 40 volunteer leaders, providing comprehensive support for 32 academically underperforming high school students facing enormous challenges outside of school.

- Worked on the development and implementation of a wide variety of district reform priorities, including Expanding Great Options, the district's school portfolio strategy.- Provided support for improving district operations

- Assisted with Education and Youth Development Programs & Criminal and Juvenile Justice Programs- Supported the Student Attendance Work Group

- Presented researched recommendations pertaining to structural reform initiatives- Assisted in development and implementation of the High School Assessment Recovery Program.

- Taught high school social studies at Vivien T. Thomas Medical Arts Academy.- Served as Sophomore Class Advisor and Model United Nations Advisor.

Served as member of highly-selective, national service corps of recent college graduates who commit two years to teach in under-resourced public schools.
