Responsável pela área de Gestão de Pessoas, lidando com a parte de processo seletivo da empresa, organização de treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho, feedbacks, organização de viagens de integração. Auxílio na resolução de conflitos, bem como elaboração de planos de carreira e acompanhamento individual de membros.

Analista da área de Gestão de Pessoas, sendo responsável pela elaboração e implementação de projetos internos de melhoria e inovação para a área, além de coordenar os horários de trabalho dos membros, aplicar avaliações de desempenho, organizar eventos de integração.

Relacionamento com o setor de Relações Internacionais da Fundação Getulio Vargas, coordenando todos os intercambistas de graduação e mestrado que a faculdade recebeu no primeiro e segundo semestres do ano de 2014, totalizando um grupo de aproximadamente 60 pessoas. Pareamento de cada aluno internacional com outro brasileiro, a fim de promover a integração e facilitar a instalação do intercambista no Rio de Janeiro, além da organização de encontros para estreitar esses relacionamentos.
