Within this role I* Researched ideas for event activations, talent bookings and locations * Worked with artist and talent agencies to negotiate and arrange talent contracts, fee agreements * Produced detailed event and marketing campaign budgets * Worked with design teams across the business on branding direction for all events/activations * Co-ordinated with external suppliers to provide each event with sound, security, lighting and specific displays * Managed all event logistics including travel, accommodation and hospitality * Liaised with regional brand contacts on event and seeding activations for Old Blue Last Beer. At the start of my role I oversaw the launch of VICE’s beer brand with several event across the UK, * Discussed potential tactical brand partnership and/or contra deals with local business, other media companies and PR agencies * Produced post campaign reports for sharing with relevant stakeholders * Attend each event in person, overseeing smooth execution and also acted as a point of contact for artists/contributors and attendees.
