● Produce 24hr, 48hr & SameDay forecast at node level for Delivery Stations and their Exchange Points in 9 countries (AT, BE, DE, ES, FR, IE, IT, NL and UK) allowing AMZL stakeholders to react to recent changes in network stability & customer demand.● Responsible for short term volume control (D+1, D+2 & D+3 NextDay Capacities and D0 & D+1 for SameDay).● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, data-driven forecasts, ensuring optimal DA scheduling and route planning.

● Worked on a large number of station configurations including attainment/jurisdiction changes, RGU design, Pick and Fill & Cluster handling across AMZL, AMPL & AMXL Delivery Stations.● Executed regular Deep Dives for RGUs assigning them volume considering their DSP share percentage given.● Took part of the testing process for new DS launches and specialty fulfillment pilots such as HUB DP & Micromobility.

● Provided routing services for all sequencing windows in an AMZL, AMPL & AMXL Delivery Stations producing around 3.5k routes per day.● Supported with emergency Ad_Hoc shipment updates, Flex surging, manual changes, etc.
