Main mission: supporting the three partners in their practice with my legal skills (Attorneys specialized in commercial and international trade law), as well as carrying out day to day administrative tasks. Drafting of research memos, in charge of commercial awareness (reading, selecting then summing up of relevant legal news in various law journals and newspapers on a weekly basis), translation (FR<>EN) of legal documents, drafting of contracts in both French and English.
