It’s what we do!Lea also served as South Florida Black Professionals Network's Liaison. She has direct interface with constituents and is tasked with developing membership, securing and retaining corporate sponsorship, and maintaining operational management of the organization.Prior to joining our Network Lea contracted with a local Chamber of Commerce to increase membership sales and enhance the Chamber’s social media imprint thereby improving member relations and increasing chamber visibility.While in California she was the President and CEO of an educational training company that delivered State approved certification and continuing education to administrators of adult residential facilities.In addition, she provided technical assistance to facilitate state licensure; writing state approved program designs and developing staff training curriculum.Having traveled extensively and recently defended her 2nd Masters in African and African Diaspora Studies she is on track to fulfill a lifelong dream of establishing a cultural pipeline between African-Americans and the Diaspora.
