I have a considerable amount of front-line leadership experience, most of which has been gained in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and I am a firm believer in servant leadership. I am all for turning the organizational pyramid upside-down, placing employees at the top, and myself at the bottom, in a role of servitude. My leadership style allows me to connect with people. It helps me to earn trust, foster innovation, increase collaborative effort, and remove barriers, not only between manager and employee, but from within processes themselves. Most of the roles throughout my career have been in leadership, stemming from my time in the Marine Corps, up until now. Whether I am leading a small team of 5-10 people, or even an entire work section, I strive to align operational effort with strategic goals through motivating, coaching, developing, and empowering people to become the next generation of servant leaders.
