• Building actionable plans before the events according to client’s requirements and met client’s expectations for successful execution. • Ensuring client’s needs are identified.• Selecting and coordinating with the supplier including venue, catering, photographer, lights and sounds.• Acting as point of contact for all event’s operation and ensure everything meets standard.• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events.• Organizing and consolidating with the suppliers during the event. • Overseeing event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems. • Evaluating event’s success and submitting reports.
