Where I amended HR Services and programs to provide excellent support to employees, boosted staff morale with team building events, conducted annual performance appraisals, and edited employment contracts when required. I developed continuous training programs, encouraged compliance with all policies and procedures, arranged weekly meetings with Management, and oversaw recruitment processes.
