As the Senior Research Services Officer in the Faculty of Law at QUT I manage all aspects of administration of higher degree research students (masters, professional doctorate, PhD) candidature lifecycle including first point of contact, admissions, enrolments, candidature milestones, policy adherence and examination. I provide high level advice, data and assistance to senior management within the Faculty and liaise with university stakeholders on all higher degree research matters for the Faculty of Law.

I was involved in a university wide which investigated how researchers use their websites at QUT. The project and it's successors have resulted in a change to process and policy. This role required good time management skills as it need 1 to 2 days a week concurrent to my Senior Research Services Officer role.The role included the following tasks: - Setting goals and project milestones to meet sponsor’s deadline - Identifying participants - Designing and implementing participant recruitment - Designing and facilitating focus group and semi structured interviews - Reviewing, summarising, and analysing interview cases to identify common themes - Documenting data using "SPSS" from completed participant surveys - Interpreting themes and writing up results

Within this I provided general administrative support to the Assistant Dean, Research for the Faculty of Law; managed the QUT Law Review journal; and co-ordinated the Faculty's submission for the Higher Education Research Data Collection.

MAC1 was a apple reseller with offices across Australia. My role supported two sales teams, in QLD and VIC. I managed stock control and order reporting for the education team at MAC1. Key to my role was maintaining excellence in client and quality service.
