As the North America Recruiting Hub Lead I´ve been tasked with building and leading a recruiting delivery enginee that will transform how we find, attract and hire talent at Accenture North America.My main priorities as part of this role are to: - Drive a cross-region (North America - Argentina) change management program to ensure the successful implementation of a new off-shore recruiting delivery model.- Lead a team of more than 60 highly specialized Talent Acquisition professionals.- Ensure delivery of a high-quality candidate pipeline to solve for our talent business priorities across all of our businesses and regions in North America.

As the Global Lead for Social Media and Job Boards I´m responsible for designing and executing Accenture´s strategy for both strategic sourcing programs.I´ve also been given the opportunity to help drive the transformation in how we source and recruit talent for Accenture Operations.

Global Social Media and Job-boards Recruitment Lead: I´m responsible for developing and executing Accenture’s Social Media and Job-board recruitment strategy. I lead large global projects in this space aimed to increase channel results and to position Accenture´s Recruiting Organization as one of the most innovative in this space.Global Employee Referral Program Lead: I am responsible for defining Accenture´s vision and creating a comprehensive global strategy to achieve our ambitions in this space. I´m responsible for leading the program´s major projects and supervise an Operations Lead focused on executing our strategy.Business Sourcing Interlock: I act as a business advisor for Accenture´s Strategy and Operating Groups, providing guidance and solving for the business´s top recruiting priorities. I collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead for each group, to understand the global landscape, priorities and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve those goals.

I am responsible for defining Accenture´s vision and creating a comprehensive global strategy to achieve our ambitions in this space. I´m responsible for leading the program´s major projects and supervise an Operations Lead focused on executing our strategy.Main responsibilities:- Define our vision in the employee referral space.- Set, drive and measure Accenture´s global employee referral objectives and targets.- Lead a team of professionals responsible for the full spectrum of the program´s areas such as program operations, employee support and communications.- Research the market for cutting-edge technologies and work with external vendors to implement innovative solutions.

As responsible for operations of the Global Employee Referral Program I must work on creating and executing a comprehensive global strategy to achieve Accenture´s ambition in the employee referral space. Identifying global best practices and scaling them globally and also working on implementing large global projects aimed to increase channel results.Responsibilities:- Active involvement in ensuring that candidates experience throughout the application and interview process are positive reflections of Accenture´s employer brand- Help set, drive and measure global employee referral targets- Plan, implement, manage, measure and report on all channel efforts- Coordinate and inspire a global team of channel advocates to ensure a consistent global channel approach- Assist Employee Referral advocates in order to achieve local program goals.- Monitor employee´s experience on the program and create actionable steps to ensure a more impactful and truly exceptional employee experience on the program.

Being responsible for recruitment support to the Netherlands I was in charge of 7 FTEs contributing greatly to recruiting delivery and adding value to the operations, among other my responsibilities were:- Managing the operations of recruitment core activities: Sourcing, resume screening, phone screening, job posting, assessment schedule, background checks, offers and contract management.- Negotiation with clients on scope of service and workload estimation.- Development of management reports for HR leadership.- In charge of transitions and process design for offshore delivery (along with coordinating the development of all relevant DWI and process flows).- Define and control of SLAs and metrics. - Coordinate, evaluate and develop a 7 FTE team eager to grow.I also had the following additional responsibilities within the recruitment organization:- Providing training for all New Joiners on the recruitment processes.- Served as Global Business Owner for an internal sourcing platform.- Taleo lead user: providing best practices in the usage of the ATS and maximizing organization performance.

Team Lead for the Supply and Demand operational team in Buenos Aires, giving support to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.Main responsibilities:- Team coordination and evaluation (3 FTEs).- In charge of transitions and process design for offshore delivery- Single point of contact for Local countries.- Defining and control of SLAs and metrics.
