Contribute to the development of Global Brand Plans and Medical Functional Plans for pipeline assets.Support medical core components of Brand Plans, including integrated gap assessments, evidence plans, and scientific platforms.Lead the development and execution of the Medical Education and Scientific Exchange Activities, Advisory Boards, and EE Engagement Plans.Lead and execute Global Congress Plans including Educational Symposia, scientific/medical booths and Scientific CI/insights.

Provide Strategic input and lead Affiliate Medical Activities and External Expert engagement during regional and global conferences.Supervision and coordination of New Assets Launch Excellence Teams.Provide medical collaboration into and execution of Scientific Platforms and Medical Plans.Expertise on developing scientific publications in collaboration with internal and external authors in compliance of international policies/procedures.Liaison with Global Clinical Development on information exchange for Site selection, Execution of Clinical Studies and exploratory data generation.

Representing the Affiliate’s medical/scientific voice of expertise for assigned products/assets and relevant therapeutic areas. Develop and lead the Medical-Brand Strategy for each product/new asset in collaboration withClinical Development, Commercial, Market Access and other key stakeholders to shape the product’scross-functional life-cycle strategy and planning. Design and drive the MSL Scientific Interaction Plan in close collaboration with the other Field Team Leaders for each Brand.Responsible for Planning and Execution of phase IIIb/IV Company-sponsored interventional and observational studies and support of Investigator Initiated Studies.Supervise and coordinate the following Affiliate Services: Medical Information, Medical Education, Scientific Communication and Patient Safety.

Management of LA Clinical Research training strategy focusing on quality, pharmacovigilance and IT tools. Coordination of specific support programmes, identifying capabilities gaps, training needs and sharing of best practices. Overseeing of external suppliers/vendors.
