Providing high level executive management and support to the Board, CEO and senior leadership team with a focus on issue and risk management, communication and information flow, and stakeholder engagement to enable delivery of strategic objectives across the organisation.

Key Focus Areas:1. Awards Management - managing multiple business awards contracts including those for the NZ Franchise Association; Insurance Brokers Association of NZ; AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards; as well as the NZBEF National Business Excellence Awards. Managing these award programmes involved processing up to 200 individual awards entries each year and management of around 40 volunteer evaluators. 2. Event Management - coordinated event logistics for multiple business events including member networking events, training courses and workshops, and the Annual NZBEF Awards Gala event.3. Office Management - accounts payable and receivable; facilities management; board meeting & AGM coordination; scheduling staff and client meetings; booking travel and accommodation.
