Actively managing the operation of OXI during opening hours.

Co-founded a non-profit art space for young people in what used to be Berlin's biggest video store near the city's centre. Responsibilities included the execution of the space's programming, crucially shaping its culture, crafting its visual identity as well as tapping into the relevant communities via social media and in-person networking. Over the course of 7 months, we successfully hosted 14 community events, including concerts, exhibitions and performances. Everyone involved volunteered.

At the youth education non-profit After School Hustle, I conceptualized and executed community events, such as exhibitions and workshops independently or with corporate partners such as Nike, Soundboks and Berlin Photo Week. Continuously working directly with the company's management, I additionally lead ASH's community outreach program.

My time at the Berlin-based fashion label consisted of a broad range of tasks, including designing products, crafting campaigns and events, communicating in corporate relationships and running the day-to-day operations of the store location.
