Business Process Analyst
At Leeds Building Society I was the Business Process Analyst for the Robotic Process Automation team (RPA). The main aim of my role was to work with business stakeholders to find manual processes suitable for robotic automation; focusing on those that would drive the biggest benefits for the business in FTE (mostly to repurpose staff on to more value adding tasks), create longevity in legacy banking systems, improve accuracy and reduce risk. Once those processes were identified, I ensured all internal procedures and governance were followed to get approval to develop the RPA Solution, documented business requirements, process maps, and project managed through to delivery.For the suite of live RPA processes I then managed stakeholder engagement, reflecting on process performance, resolving any issues and discussing new ideas.I regularly wrote papers, articles, created infographics and gave presentations on what RPA is and can do, on RPA performance at LBS, and on issues and how we resolved them.
