As a shift supervisor for Starbucks, my job is to run a successful shift. That includes, but is not limited to: greeting customers and partners as they come in, taking orders and tendering money accurately, preparing food and drinks in a timely manner, and maintaining a positive and uplifting energy in the store. I am also in charge of running breaks in a timely manner around all of the other tasks that we are to complete during the day, accurately recording inventory and ordering inventory to par.
