One day I am a BSA, another I am a PM or developer. I design/plan projects from meeting with the users to planning the database system to the application layout and then handoff (if resources are available) to other developers to work on or sometimes even create the application myself. I handle much of the troubleshooting where I dig into code that contains anywhere from HTML to now even MVC. I currently work with AzureDevops, SQL Server Management Studio 17, Enterprise Architect, Visual Studio 2019, and Cherwell. Sometimes I run the daily scrum meetings with the team to determine where the team is at with all their projects. The systems I have worked on include Order Management System, Order Delivery Status, Account Profiles, Customer setup, pricing systems for customers, multiple maintenance applications that support these systems, and advanced reporting.
