Assistant Area Manager
Current- Assist the Human Resources recruiting team in talent management by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, participating in the hiring and onboarding process
- Review documents for completion and accuracy
- Maintains records of staff, orientation, and meetings as directed by human resource policies and licensors
- Conduct program audits to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, and to identify areas of improvement and effectiveness
- Manage programs of seven schools and 35 staff members by coordinating work activities, monitoring and evaluating performances, and conducting monthly meetings to communicate objectives to increase productivity
- Utilize office automation systems, such as G Suite and Microsoft applications to schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars, create monthly newsletters, and send communication to staff and clients
