Assistant Area Manager
Current• Assist the Human Resources recruiting team in talent management by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, participating in the hiring and onboarding process• Review documents for completion and accuracy• Maintains records of staff, orientation, and meetings as directed by human resource policies and licensors• Conduct program audits to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, and to identify areas of improvement and effectiveness• Manage programs of seven schools and 35 staff members by coordinating work activities, monitoring and evaluating performances, and conducting monthly meetings to communicate objectives to increase productivity• Utilize office automation systems, such as G Suite and Microsoft applications to schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars, create monthly newsletters, and send communication to staff and clients• Develop and conduct training and professional development plans• Maintains weekly financial control system of over 400 accounts through an accounting and tracking system to review enrollment, attendance, payments, deposits, and tuition• Obtain fiscal responsibility and records management by maintaining a budget to support office and program needs per company standards and state licensing requirements• Utilize human resource management software to manage staff's time, time-off requests, and attendance
