Recently taking on the role of Recption/Administrative Assistant, I have been steadily learning how to organize, create a routine work flow to allow for the ease of operations, such as scheduling and maintaining day to day verification of demographics and updating as appropriate. As a TMS Technician providing a state of the art treatment against resistant mental health disorders, I have gained an expertise at assessing symptoms and relaying clinical data between provider and patient regarding progress and continuity of care. Experience with NeuroStar technology and troubleshooting.Holding multiple roles including Medical Assistant, Social Media Manager, Prior Authorization and Front Desk Scheduling, I have gained the knowledge and understanding the various roles of private practice. Working closely with providers within our practice to assist in medication refills, requesting medical records, sending referrals and lab orders, uploading documents and completing FMLA paperwork are among the many duties to assist facilitating care for our patients.
