I have worked in the Architectural Industry both as a freelancer and an employee, in a teamwork where we designed, developed and supervised Health care and School projects.I have also worked with Helena Institute for Nature, an NGO dealing with education and advocacy on environmental conservation, I was responsible for organising clean-up events, coordinating conservation themed events for school children, designing ECO-friendly products for environmental campaigns.Founder of Refixit, a social enterprise that exist to integrate creativity, knowledge and skills between generations, we utilise Tanzanian natural raw materials (mainly sisal fibres) to design and produce eco-conscious products for building spaces. Property Manager for the Baobab Village Apartments in Masaki, Dar es Salaam.I lead a team of 10 people, that includes maintenance, house keeping and gardeners, we work together to ensure the apartments and premise is maintained and clients feel comfortable staying with us.
