Responsible for Environmental Service Department Operation and Administration at Desert Springs Hospital, Mountain View Hospital, and UMC Hospital, having 564 patient beds and 900,000 square feet. Manage FTEs for the department in order to maximize productivity and minimize labor costs. Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the department.Manage daily payroll responsibilities. Manage quality of work in accordance with company and client’s policies.Conduct quality inspections of patient rooms and public areas with a high level of detail to ensure all Joint Commission standards are met. Execute the development, implementation, and measurement of patient service standards.

Responsible for entire Housekeeping Department Operation and Administration, including the management of 1100+ employees including Executive Housekeepers, Administrative Manager, Assistant Executives, Supervisors, Guest Room Attendants, Housepersons, Utility Houseperson, Linen Attendants, Scheduling Clerks, and Administrative Assistants. Manage FTEs for the department in order to maximize productivity and decrease labor costs. Manage Human Resources/Employee Relations responsibilities for the department.Manage daily payroll responsibilities.Research weekly labor discrepancies and provide analytical summaries.Manage quality of work in accordance with company and Collective Bargaining Agreement policies.Quality room and hallway inspections with a high level of detail to ensure rooms and hallways meet 5 Diamond AAA standards. Work in tandem with the Front Office team to ensure that rooms are cleaned to AAA 5-Diamond StandardsLead and mentor a management team of 15 Executive Housekeepers, Assistant Executive Housekeepers and Administrative Managers.Execute the development, implementation, and measurement of guest service standards.
