I am an enterprising, driven C- Suite executive support professional with extensive experience within the renewable energy sector providing administrative, logistical and management support to Key Stakeholders, sector Specialists and Executives. I believe that my diverse experience, professional training and comprehensive understanding of administrative processes, executive support functions, research, computer literacy and critical analysis skills make me a strong candidate.Recently, I served as an Office Manager for Sunelex Energy, providing professional support to the CEO, CFO and COO, managing their diaries, complex travel itineraries and overall office operations. Prior to that I served as an Executive Assistant for Avon and Dedisa Peaking Power, and also an Executive Assistant for Engie Southern Africa supporting multiple business functions such as Legal, Business Development and AIFA, while maximizing administrative and operational efficiency in the company. I also gained extensive administration management and executive support experience while working in various Executive and Personal Assistant positions in the energy sector, providing high level support to C-Suits executives, developing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems, using multiple software programmes such as Salesforce for contact relationship management, SharePoint and SAP System. Through my combined past experience, I have developed a unique skill set to pioneer and drive innovative solutions, proactively engage and foster relationships with various stakeholders while delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Supporting various business operations, and managing corporate events advanced my problem solving abilities and enhanced my skills in decision-making, communications, administration, planning and coordination.
