Inclusivity holds a powerful hand over cultural diversity, religious differences, and significant historical backgrounds. One word that I understand and value personally, having been raised in one of the worlds most diverse countries and having opened and successfully managed a school under harsh circumstances, in aim of encompassing this inclusive model.A persistent growth mindset has afforded me with a curious approach to the education field. Focussing all educational engagements on the paramount foundations of psychology, lends me to concentrate on every part of a child’s emotional wellbeing. This approach grants me with endless opportunities to participate effectively with an educational community with a wholistic advances and directly focus on the inclusive model.Every learner and educational plan is managed with a remedial stance. This methodology lends itself to providing each learner with an individualised educational approach to set forth the groundwork for my versatile teaching styles, to meet the child and family at their Zone of Proximal Development, and to scaffold from that point onward. This is all supported through two of my strengths, related to creativity and problem solving skills. A third strength that supports this practise refers to my Masters training in curriculum design and leadership, that supports me in manipulating the curriculum to assist the individual needs presented through each case. It is evident that my transformational and transactional leadership style holds value in the success of my inclusive school. Similar to the education approach of a student’s profile, I regard it crucial that the members working under my leadership are functioning at their optimum levels, while centring their emotional wellbeing at the heart of all doings.Overall, companies will benefit from my leadership style and training that can enhance group work that is inevitable within the education realm. Focusing on any case with psychological applications from level zero through to the diversity that students bring to such settings, can be creatively addressed with my remedial training and expertise. Understanding how a school and all of its integral parts operate, affords your company with one person who is sensitive to the various contributors’ needs, goals and challenges rather than enlisting the services of three different specialists for such cases.
