In my current role as a Finance Coordinator, I actively contribute to the bi-weekly payroll processing for a substantial workforce of over 1,000 multi-state employees. This includes managing manual adjustments to pay rates as needed and accurately inputting between 500-1500 worked hours into systems such as ShiftAdmin, FFT (Fluency for Transcription), Paylocity, UKG and ICims. I efficiently oversee scribe time and attendance in ShiftAdmin, ensuring strict compliance and accuracy in tracking.To maintain data integrity across multiple systems, I run comprehensive bi-monthly reports, validating data accuracy and consistency. Active participation in monthly invoicing for all ProScribe clients ensures timely and accurate financial information that aids informed decision-making.In addition to payroll responsibilities, I assist with and review individual and corporate tax matters, ensuring utmost accuracy and compliance with dynamic tax laws. To address any payroll errors, I conduct thorough research, diligently resolving inconsistencies that may arise. This experience hones my skills in financial coordination and strengthens my commitment to precision and compliance in the finance domain.

During my time as a Payroll Specialist & Office Aide, I managed payroll processing for over 10 physicians, ensuring compliance through meticulous timesheet collection. Additionally, I assisted in payroll processes for 80+ employees, emphasizing accuracy and compliance. My role extended to efficiently greeting visitors, organizing medical supplies, and providing assistance with medical records.
