As the Founder and President of The Alumni Initiative, I lead a nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to quality education for underprivileged students through scholarships and community support. I oversee all aspects of strategic planning, team leadership, and program development, ensuring that our mission remains at the forefront of our work. In my role, I manage all departments, including Finance, Mentorship, Volunteering, Fundraising, and Communications, to create a cohesive, impact-driven approach. Under my guidance, our organization has provided essential resources to hundreds of families, distributed scholarships to deserving students, and built a network of volunteers and mentors who are committed to supporting students’ educational journeys and personal growth.

As the owner of A.S.A. Party Treats, I provide customized party favors, treats, and decorations for a variety of events, including birthdays, weddings, and corporate gatherings. From managing inventory to overseeing client consultations and creative design, I’m committed to delivering high-quality, personalized experiences for every celebration.

As a Ramp Agent, I handled essential ground support operations, including loading and unloading baggage, guiding aircraft for safe departures and arrivals, performing equipment inspections, and directly assisting customers on the ramp. This role required precision, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a high-paced environment, along with strong customer service skills to address passengers' needs during boarding and deplaning. My experience here strengthened my skills in problem-solving, time management, customer interaction, and collaboration under pressure.
