Besides being a Tour Operator, my main job is also a MICE Specialist. I focus on arranging and managing group events, creating bespoke experiences from start to finish, including but not limited to once-in-a-lifetime incentive programs, away days, kick-offs and special events. This position helps me develop skills such as:- Providing sales and client services- Co-ordinate operational process, overseeing set-up of arrangements and providing service on the ground (will also involve international travel)- Resolution of quality and service matters- Other general admin tasks

My responsibilities would vary according to the time of the year and the size of the tour group, but generally include:- Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and what resorts/countries to be included in a tour- Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps- Agreeing service levels, contract terms and conditions, costs- Analyzing market research information for other departments to make decisions- Producing brochures and internet-based information- Handling bookings, issuing invoices and tickets, and predicting profits or the number of bookings

I help plan and coordinate all aspects of an event, especially marathon races, from conception to execution. My duties may include anything, from sourcing vendors and services to managing budgets and timelines.

I have a wide range of duties, from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers and providing product recommendations. Also, I specialize in mixology, creating unique cocktails and serving beer.

My responsibilities are to welcome and seat guests, and to effectively communicate what they order to the kitchen. Moreover, I am in charge of preparing orders, setting trays and delivering items. I also provide excellent quality room services as per the Hotel Standard operating procedure.
