- Responsible for the quality management system of the company - ISO 9001-2015.- Perform in the systemic part of Quality, developing and managing the manual, standards, and procedures for application in the organization.- Responsible for preparing and presenting critical analysis reports within the relevant areas, showing the indicators for each department, including any relevant data to support quality control.- Elaboration of schedules for works, services and purchasing lists using technical documents.

- Responsible for the inspection, control, and release of raw material as well as finished products.- Responsible for validating manufacturing processes for the automotive industry using measurement equipment, drawings, and control plans for decision-making.- Management of the Quality Management System of the company where the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and control plans were elaborated to comply with the industrystandards.- Submission of products via IMDS (International Material Data System) register while preparing PPAP's.- Treatment of nonconforming products and rework evaluation.- Planning continuous improvement actions using quality tools.- Preparation for internal and external audits from certifying bodies and clients.- Filling in 8d's internal and external forms (brainstorming, 5 WHY, 5W2H).

- Performance controlling products and processes using drawings and pre-prepared control plans following the Standard.- Current ISO 9001/2008, in addition to the Institution's Quality Manual.- Preparation of control plans and work instructions using illustrations, templates, test benches, worksheets and accessible information understanding for operators.- Develop qualification training for operators, an inspection of receipt, process and final inspection, feasibility analysis, development of new products, the adaptation of layout, the realisation of product and process audits.- Dealing with customers, preparation of action plans, scrap control and rework, absenteeism rate.- Also help with demand analysis, logistics, planning and production control, and creating inventory control spreadsheets using product tree and MRP, among others.
