-Writing and developing standard operating procedures, work requests, reports and purchase requisitions.- Planning and designing for enhancement of Power Plant operations and facilities- Making investment plans for the improvement of Power Plant operations and facilities- Making Boiler and Steam Turbine Generator start-up and shutdown procedures and schedule of activities during scheduled shutdown- Initiates cost saving programs and/or continuous improvement activities to reduce costs and improve operating efficiency- Implements training programs to the Junior Supervisors and Field Operators monthly to enhance knowledge and skills in power plant operation, plant familiarity, and safety consciousness- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing and embracing the company’s safety program- Develop and implement SOP’s for production and/or equipment usage in order to maintain a well-balanced and well trained operators and supervisors- Support Plant Manager by managing daily operations; scheduling and supervising employees; and maintaining operation flow to achieve plant goals- Review laboratory analysis report on raw water, boiler water, main steam and waste water

-Operates Boiler and Steam Turbine Generator start-up and shutdown safely and efficiently-Oversees the safe, efficient, reliable and environmentally sound operation of plant equipment-Troubleshoot plant equipment to resolve operational problems-Generates and review work notifications for execution of equipment repairs-Monitors and records data onto shift logs as detailed by plant operational procedures-Executes alternative procedures when trouble occurs-Observe variations in operating conditions, interpret meter and gauge readings, and respond as necessary in proper and safe manner-Communicates information clearly, either written or orally

Supervises Power Plant Operations, such as:-Water Treatment System-Demineralization System-Cooling Tower System-Diesel Engine Generator-Air Compressor and Air Dryer System-Coal Handling System-Boiler and Steam Turbine Generator System
