Following my role as Team Lead, I now continue to support the project in a supervisory capacity. In this role, I mentor new focus students, provide guidance to help them overcome challenges, and ensure the smooth transition of knowledge, enabling the next generation of engineers to drive the development of the hydrogen-electric propulsion system forward.

As Team Lead of CELLSIUS - Project H2, I developed my executive leadership skills by managing strategic meetings, fostering effective communication with key stakeholders, and streamlining project processes. My primary focus was on removing obstacles for my team, ensuring efficient and smooth engineering workflows, and actively collaborating across departments to accelerate the development of our hydrogen-electric propulsion system.
